Sequel-remake of the first Tetsuo in a more sci-fi way.
The protagonists are the same, the salaryman Tomo and the misterious X,but this time narration is enriched with other charachters and some turns of events. We begin discovering that X created some sort of army,constituted by men experimenting on their flesh the mutation into a disrupting machine;then we see Tomo happily married and being father.The next step is the kidnapping of his child and the consequent fury of his father who will transform himself into a weapon-man.Initially X's agents thought that he transformed because fo the serum they injected to him,but actually he transforms naturally as X does ,being his brother.
